Audit and Accounts Senior

We are working with a well-established organisation seeking an Audit and Accounts Senior to join a growing team in High Wycombe. This opportunity sits within the accountancy sector and offers the chance to work with a broad client portfolio while developing your technical and client-facing expertise.
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 plus benefits, depending on experience

As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you'll gain exposure to a diverse workload and become a key member of a professional team operating within the accountancy environment.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting and delivering audit assignments across a varied client base
- Preparing statutory accounts and financial statements
- Working with businesses across different sizes and sectors
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
- Assisting with compliance work and maintaining high technical standards
- Working closely with senior team members on assignments and projects
- Supporting junior colleagues where appropriate
What we're looking for
- ACCA / ACA qualified
- Minimum 3+ years' experience within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong experience across both audit and accounts preparation
- Working knowledge of UK accounting standards and compliance requirements
- Experience managing or supporting a varied client portfolio
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
- Organised and proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence - car is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
