Job Title: Personal Tax Assistant Manager
Location: Hertfordshire - 3 days in office, 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to £60,000 + benefits package - salary dependent on experience!

My client are a trusted business adviser of choice for entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, high net worth individuals, professional partnerships and expats.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Advising on inheritance and succession planning as well as dealing with and advising on trust matters
- Reviewing clients' residency and non-domiciliary status including where applicable reference to the remittance basis charge
- Assist with the P11Ds, PSA, and ATEDs seasons where required
- Undertake technical research for clients and tax consultants as required
- Preparing complex tax returns for a diverse range of clients and reviewing returns of a less complex nature
- Provide assistance to junior members of the team
The Individual:
- ATT qualified
- Good working knowledge of the SRT, tax treatment of non-doms and the remittance basis
- Solid understanding of tax software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and ideally proficient in CCH
- The ability to self-manage and work autonomously
- Ability to spot any inaccuracies or duplications and provide resolutions.
- Efficiency and accuracy are key as well as strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
