Salary: Up to £60,000!

You'll Make an Impact By:
- Expert Advisory: Guide clients through complex tax compliance and planning matters with confidence and expertise
- Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with diverse clients, from owner-managed businesses to large multinational groups
- Business Development: Take an active role in proposals, networking events, and contributing to the firm's future growth
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a growing team, sharing your expertise and identifying talent

The ideal candidate should have:
- Qualified Professional: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent (CTA advantageous)
- Corporate Tax Specialist: Strong mixture of compliance and advisory experience
- People Leader: Open, approachable style with natural mentoring abilities
- Team Builder: Passion for developing individuals and growing talent from within
- Growth Mindset: Ambition to coach, lead, and manage high-performing teams
