A thriving, independent accountancy firm in London is looking for an ambitious Audit Partner or Director (RI) to join its leadership team during a key phase of strategic growth.

This is a standout opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a firm that values quality, independence, and merit-based progression. You'll work closely with a modern and forward-thinking Partner group, taking on a key role in shaping the future of the audit practice. You'll initially work alongside existing Partners on select clients, with a view to gradually assuming responsibility for your own portfolio. While a fee-following would be welcome, the focus is firmly on bringing in a high-quality RI with strong leadership potential.

What We're Looking For:

• An experienced RI with a background in audit and wider general practice

• Strong knowledge across audit, accounts, corporation tax, and VAT

• Confident managing complex clients - real estate experience is a plus

• Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships

• A team player with the ambition to contribute to a growing leadership team

• Cultural fit, capability, and commitment to quality are key - not just the fee book
