My client have an exciting opportunity for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join their fast-growing Transfer Pricing service line in London. Job Title: Transfer Pricing Manager
Location: London Office, EC2V
Salary: Up to £75,000!!
The Role:
As Transfer Pricing Manager, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality advice to a varied portfolio of clients, support junior team members, and help shape the future of our service line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on client businesses, transfer pricing issues, and industry trends
- Manage financial and economic analyses, including benchmarking using AI-enabled tools
- Prepare and review robust documentation and compliance reports in line with UK and international standards
- Lead client engagements and contribute to presentations, deliverables, and relationship development
- Collaborate with teams across the firm and with the international HLB network
- Play an active role in business development and service line growth
- Guide and mentor junior team members, building a strong and capable team
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring on-budget and on-time delivery
The Individual:
- Postgraduate degree in economics, law, business or qualified CA/CTA/ACA
- At least 5 years of dedicated Transfer Pricing experience in a UK professional services firm
- Excellent writing, research, and presentation skills
- Visionary with a passion for building high-performing teams
- Confident networker with strong business development capabilities
- Innovative, analytical, and commercially minded
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel between offices as needed
