🔍 Audit Semi Senior - What You'll Be Doing
Leading audits for your own portfolio of clients, with direct access to managers, directors, and partners
Preparing high-quality audit files and working across statutory and non-statutory accounts
Taking a proactive role in training and supervising junior team members, reviewing their work and guiding their development
Collaborating with other departments, especially tax, to deliver a joined-up client experience
Drafting journals involving more complex accounting principles
Managing your workload to meet budgets and deadlines, escalating variances when needed
Providing flexible support to your wider team, adapting to fast-moving priorities
