🔍 The Role
You'll play a key leadership role managing a diverse portfolio of HNW individuals with complex cross-border tax affairs, primarily between the UK and US. This role offers a high level of autonomy, technical complexity, and a clear path toward senior leadership - including Director or Partner - supported by dedicated mentoring and personal development coaching.
💡 What You'll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of HNW individuals with US/UK tax considerations
Leading client relationships and providing high-level strategic tax advice
Reviewing and overseeing personal tax compliance and advisory work
Supporting, developing, and mentoring junior staff
Contributing to departmental strategy and operations through management input
Engaging in business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities
✅ What You'll Bring
ACA/CTA/ATT or equivalent US qualification (e.g. Enrolled Agent, CPA)
Proven experience working with HNW clients in a US/UK tax context
Strong leadership and communication skills
