I'm working on behalf of a highly regarded, award-winning tax and advisory firm that is looking to appoint an experienced US/UK Tax Manager or Senior Manager to their growing High Net Worth (HNW) Private Client team.

🔍 The Role

You'll play a key leadership role managing a diverse portfolio of HNW individuals with complex cross-border tax affairs, primarily between the UK and US. This role offers a high level of autonomy, technical complexity, and a clear path toward senior leadership - including Director or Partner - supported by dedicated mentoring and personal development coaching.



💡 What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of HNW individuals with US/UK tax considerations

  • Leading client relationships and providing high-level strategic tax advice

  • Reviewing and overseeing personal tax compliance and advisory work

  • Supporting, developing, and mentoring junior staff

  • Contributing to departmental strategy and operations through management input

  • Engaging in business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities



✅ What You'll Bring

  • ACA/CTA/ATT or equivalent US qualification (e.g. Enrolled Agent, CPA)

  • Proven experience working with HNW clients in a US/UK tax context

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
