A growing and award-winning accountancy firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its dynamic tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, qualified professional looking to expand their advisory portfolio while managing a high-quality mix of corporate tax clients.
The Role
You'll work closely with Partners and Directors to deliver bespoke tax solutions to a diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneurial businesses to large corporates. The role offers a blend of advisory and complex compliance work, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and drive client relationships forward.
Key Responsibilities
Lead tax advisory work across areas such as M&A, corporate structuring, and real estate transactions
Provide detailed tax planning and technical research on complex issues
Deliver and review high-quality tax compliance for a portfolio of corporate clients
Act as the primary contact for clients, providing day-to-day support and strategic insight
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members
Participate in business development activities and proposal preparation
Ensure compliance with risk management and internal procedures
About You
ACA and/or CTA qualified, with strong post-qualification experience in corporate tax
Experience advising on a range of tax issues, ideally across M&A, real estate, or OMB sectors
Proven ability to manage both compliance portfolios and deliver advisory projects
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Confident managing people and contributing to team leadership
