A well-established public accounting firm in Livingston, New Jersey is seeking a dynamic Client Services & Operations Associate to serve as the backbone of their daily operations. Key Responsibilities


Client Experience Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and professional communication
  • Coordinate client meetings and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook
  • Handle client inquiries and requests with accuracy and timeliness
  • Support client account management and billing inquiries
  • Facilitate smooth client onboarding experiences


Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily office operations including supply management and facility coordination
  • Execute administrative functions such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence
  • Support the billing department with invoice preparation and payment processing
  • Contribute to monthly accounts receivable activities and collection processes
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation protocols


Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to firm partners and senior staff
  • Assist with preparation of client engagement materials and proposals
  • Support tax season operations including document processing and client communications
  • Coordinate firm events and professional development activities
  • Utilize CCH Axcess billing system for daily transaction processing


Ideal Candidate Profile


Professional Background

  • 2-8 years of administrative or client service experience, preferably in professional services
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with client relationship management and billing systems preferred
  • Background in accounting or finance environments is a plus
