The Role
Join a dynamic finance team as Finance Manager. This hybrid role offers genuine variety - from statutory reporting to business partnering. You'll support the Financial Controller across financial operations, compliance, and strategic analysis in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage group financial reporting and data requests
- Maintain internal controls and IFRS/FRS102 compliance
- Business partner to department heads with monthly reporting
- Conduct product/service financial analysis and identify opportunities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles
- Handle statutory reporting and external audit liaison
- Manage corporate tax submissions and balance sheet reconciliations
What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong technical accounting and statutory reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
- Business services or manufacturing background preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
