Administrative and Operations Associate


Our clients established Fee-Only Wealth Management and CPA Firm is seeking a dedicated administrative professional to join the team as an Administrative and Operations Associate. This role offers exceptional growth opportunities within their expanding firm, providing comprehensive support to both their Wealth Management and Personal Tax teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with Certified Public Accountants and Wealth Advisory professionals to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
This position offers significant career advancement potential - candidates with a Series 65 license or those pursuing CFP certification may advance to a support advisory role within 2-3 years.



Position Requirements



Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Series 65 license holders or CFP candidates strongly preferred for accelerated growth track

    • SmartVault Client Portal
    • Tamarac Rebalancing and Reporting


Position Responsibilities



Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners, wealth advisors, and tax professionals
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings across both wealth management and tax services
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions


Client Services

  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate new account opening, funding processes, and coordinate with advisory and tax teams to ensure seamless client integration
  • Ongoing Client Support: Address daily client inquiries and requests for both wealth management and tax services
  • Maintain client files and ensure compliance with documentation requirements


Professional Development

  • Opportunity to pursue Series 65 licensing (for unlicensed candidates)
  • Support for CFP certification pursuit
  • Potential advancement to support advisory role for qualified candidates


Compensation & Benefits


Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials)
