What You'll Do

• Craft and lead a bold M&A strategy, collaborating with senior leadership to align with growth goals.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of target businesses, from SMEs to niche firms.
• Oversee the full deal lifecycle: origination, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and diligence.
• Coordinate with advisors and stakeholders to execute multiple deals with precision.
• Cultivate external networks to position the firm as a go-to for business owners.
• Present compelling investment cases to leadership and investors.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure seamless integration post-deal.
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing M&A team, fostering growth and collaboration.

What You Bring

• Extensive M&A experience in buy-and-build or private equity settings, ideally within professional services or accountancy.
• Proven expertise across deal origination, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and diligence.
• Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills.
• Exceptional leadership, with a track record of managing teams and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution ability.
