Role: Tax Manager - Property Focus
Division: Corporate Tax Services
Reports to: Tax Partners
Working Hours: Standard office hours 9:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Core Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management
- Oversee corporation tax compliance workflows for diverse corporate client base, encompassing both individual entities and complex group structures
- Deliver strategic tax guidance to partners and clients across multiple areas including:
- Entity structuring (corporate, LLP, and alternative formats)
- Corporate reorganization initiatives
- Multi-entity tax optimization strategies
- Cross-border tax considerations
- Venture capital relief mechanisms
- Corporate and real estate transaction support
- Tax due diligence reporting services
Strategic Advisory & Business Development
- Proactively identify tax optimization opportunities within client portfolios and collaborate with partners on implementation strategies
- Maintain oversight of billing processes and work-in-progress management
- Lead team development initiatives including direct line management of junior professionals and participation in staff development, training programs, and performance review processes
- Actively contribute to practice growth through networking participation and potential involvement in specialized sector groups

Technical Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex client portfolios including group structures
- CTA qualification strongly preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Office suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Alpha tax software experience advantageous
