What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts, reviewing work and ensuring quality
• Support directors and senior managers with client relationships and business development
• Prepare statutory financial statements for a variety of companies and organisations
• Manage corporation tax returns alongside personal tax compliance work
• Oversee sole trader and partnership accounts, including associated tax filings
• Work with leading cloud accounting platforms, providing digital solutions to clients
• Take ownership of budgeting, billing, and recovery for assigned clients
• Guide, coach, and develop junior staff members
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value

What We're Looking For

• ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience
• Solid practice background with good technical knowledge of accounting and tax
• Understanding of UK accounting standards and corporate tax requirements
• Hands-on experience with cloud accounting systems is essential
• Exposure to personal tax work would be an advantage
• Strong people management and client management skills
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
