Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and take ownership of audit assignments from planning to completion, maintaining high-quality standards

Essential Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Proven experience in external auditing within a accountancy practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (FRS102, IFRS, UK GAAP), auditing standards (ISAs), and regulatory requirements
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant audit software
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of consolidations and group audits
- Experience with clients undergoing M&A or restructuring activity
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering regulations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of current economic and market trends
