We are looking for an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to manage a small portfolio of clients while supporting senior colleagues across all audit responsibilities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality client service, maintaining budgets, and ensuring optimal fee recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a small client portfolio, building strong relationships and maximizing advocacy and fees.
Plan, delegate, and oversee audit work, ensuring compliance with standards and efficiency.
Handle complex consolidations, accounts, and high-risk audit areas.
Supervise seniors, semi-seniors, and assistants, providing guidance, feedback, and development support.
Act as a main contact for outsourced team members and internal stakeholders.
Attend and lead audit reviews and close-out meetings.
Support business development through networking, pitches, webinars, and cross-referral opportunities.
Ensure client hygiene factors are maintained, including AML, KYC, and engagement documentation.
Monitor workflow, progress, and budgets, proactively managing any issues that arise.
