A well-established public practice accountancy firm based in London is seeking a skilled and dedicated Corporate Tax Manager to join their dynamic tax team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified tax professional to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering both compliance and proactive tax advisory services that help clients navigate complex tax regulations and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of managing a broad portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring all corporation tax filings and compliance requirements are met accurately and on time
Review and prepare corporation tax computations, returns, and related documentation, providing high-quality technical advice and guidance to clients and junior staff
Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to reduce tax liabilities and support clients' business strategies
Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships based on trust and technical expertise
Lead complex tax compliance and advisory projects, including managing HMRC enquiries and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team capability
Collaborate closely with other departments, including audit and advisory teams, to deliver integrated client solutions
Candidate Profile:
ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with strong experience in UK corporate tax gained within a public practice environment
Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively while meeting strict deadlines and regulatory requirements
Excellent technical knowledge coupled with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
