Key Responsibilities
Supervise and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
Manage client engagements and develop trusted advisory relationships
Review staff work and provide coaching, feedback, and technical guidance
Research complex tax issues and prepare technical memos
Assist with tax planning strategies and identify opportunities for clients
Collaborate with partners on business development and firm growth initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Taxation a plus)
CPA license (or actively pursuing)
4-6 years of public accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 or large regional firm exposure
Strong technical tax knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
