Salary: £43,000 - £56,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Audit Manager based in Staverton or Bristol to join an expanding audit team. This is a hybrid, full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £43,000 - £56,000, depending on experience. The role involves working with a diverse client portfolio with turnovers of up to £60 million, spanning manufacturing, distribution, food and drink, academies, and not-for-profit sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control audit planning and fieldwork for a client portfolio, gaining exposure to the full audit process.

• Deliver high-quality, fully compliant financial statements.

• Review work of team members to ensure audit objectives are met.

• Use in-depth client knowledge to anticipate and address complex and challenging issues.

• Assist in the management, motivation, mentoring, and development of your team.

Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA fully qualified.

• Experience working within an audit team in a UK accountancy practice.

• Strong project management skills including decision-making, analytical, time management, organisational, evaluative, and administrative abilities.

• Well-developed supervisory skills, including coaching and motivating audit assistants.
