Join a Top-Tier City Practice Where Senior Managers Become Partners!

Are you a high-performing Private Client tax professional who's outgrown your current firm? This is a Private Client Tax Senior Manager role for my clients office based in the City of London. It's a chance for you to step up to the platform to demonstrate partnership-level capabilities while being supported to get there.

Job Title: Private Client Tax Senior Manager

Location: City of London, W1T

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefits!

Why This Role Accelerates Your Partnership Journey:

You'll lead client discussions, pitch for new work, and drive delivery - exactly the exposure needed to demonstrate partnership readiness. Your contributions will be seen, valued, and rewarded.
  • Partnership-Track Responsibilities: This isn't a technical specialist role stuck in delivery. You'll run your own portfolio, lead advisory projects, manage teams, drive business development, and make strategic decisions on process improvements. These are partnership competencies, and you'll be developing them daily with partner support.
  • Client Ownership & Business Building: Take real ownership of high net-worth relationships. Lead pitches and proposals. Build your own target list and demonstrate results. Develop your personal brand within a respected City practice. They need senior managers who think like partners - and they'll give you the autonomy to prove you can.
  • Flexibility Meets Prestige: Being a high-ranked practice doesn't have to mean brutal hours and no life outside work. They offer flexibility because they know sustainable high performance requires balance. Partnership is a marathon, not a sprint, and they support their senior managers accordingly.
