My clients Corporate Tax division is experiencing significant growth, and they're looking for an ambitious Corporate Tax Manager to join their expanding Cheltenham team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, providing compliance, tax accounting, and strategic planning advice
- Supporting partners on high-profile advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and investigations
- Conducting tax due diligence alongside our transaction support team
- Overseeing team workflow and mentoring junior staff to build the next generation of tax professionals
- Delivering technically excellent, commercially focused advice that earns client trust and repeat business
- Contributing to transfer pricing reports and advisory projects
The Individual:
- Qualified & Experienced - ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified, or demonstrable equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in corporate tax)
- Proven Leadership - Track record of managing staff and delivering through others
- Client-Focused - You've successfully managed your own client portfolio and understand how to balance technical excellence with commercial awareness
- Strong Communicator - Able to translate complex tax concepts into clear, actionable advice for clients and colleagues alike
- Ideas-Driven - Creative, collaborative, and willing to share your thinking to improve outcomes
