As an Audit Senior, you will take charge of assignments from planning through to completion, leading audit teams and supporting junior staff development. You will work closely with experienced managers and directors, handling complex audits and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Plan, execute, and finalize audits across a diverse client portfolio
• 
  Lead on-site audit teams, providing guidance and mentoring to junior staff
• 
  Manage budgets and deadlines to ensure efficient engagement delivery
• 
  Take ownership of complex or high-risk audit areas
• 
  Review files for completeness prior to managerial or director review
• 
  Build strong client relationships with clear, confident communication
• 
  Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless client service
• 
  Participate in group audits, consolidated accounts, M&A, restructuring, advisory, and accounts work alongside audit engagements

Candidate Profile

• 
  ACA or ACCA qualified, or within 6 months of qualification
• 
  Proven experience leading audits from planning to completion
• 
  Strong technical knowledge of FRS102 and ISAs
• 
  Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• 
  Excellent communication skills, confident in client-facing situations
• 
  A supportive team player with a passion for mentoring others
