Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
Supervise and review the work of junior team members, providing guidance and mentoring.
Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the audit process.
Ensure audits are delivered on time and in line with professional standards.
Prepare and review statutory financial statements and management accounts.
Identify and communicate audit risks and findings clearly to management and clients.
Contribute to process improvements and team development within the audit function.
About You
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in audit.
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in supervising and training junior team members.
