what will you do?
Financial & Controller Leadership
Lead all financial reporting, internal controls, and close processes with accuracy and consistency
Translate financial statements into meaningful insights that support ownership's strategic vision
Maintain the integrity and sophistication of all financial systems and data
Guide and mentor accounting staff while overseeing core controller-level functions
Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and financial advisors to ensure best-in-class financial practices
Finance Operations, Compliance & Risk
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory obligations
Oversee banking relationships, cash flow, and payment approvals with a sharp eye for detail
Proactively manage risk through insurance coverage, contract oversight, and compliance monitoring
Protect company assets through strong, thoughtful financial controls that support growth and creativity
Payroll, Benefits & People Administration
Oversee payroll, benefit programs, and related reporting with care and precision
Ensure compliance with wage, labor, and benefit regulations
Support the employee lifecycle-from onboarding to transitions-with professionalism and discretion
