Your responsibilities
As a Senior Commercial Data Analyst you will be :
- Taking ownership of the reporting cycle, encompassing strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Driving budget tracking initiatives and expenditure monitoring through data insights
- Providing variance analysis with clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Collaborating with business leaders as a trusted partner, offering commercial perspective and data-driven challenge
- Developing and maintaining sophisticated analytical models, reporting frameworks, and Power BI dashboards
- Evaluating profitability metrics, cost structures, and pricing strategies through advanced analytics
- Contributing to month-end and year-end reporting processes, while spearheading initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
You'll have a meaningful impact on commercial decision-making and overall business performance.
Essential requirements
- Solid commercial data analysis experience, with demonstrable forecasting and business intelligence expertise
- Strong analytical background with relevant qualifications or substantial practical experience
- Expert-level Excel capabilities and SAP experience; familiarity with SAC (Cloud) is advantageous
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Pivot/Query; experience with automation tools (Power Automate/VBA) is beneficial
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen, comfortable interpreting complex data sets and engaging effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Industry background is desirable, though relevant cross-sector experience combined with the right approach is equally valued
