What you'll be doing day to day
- Leading M&A and corporate finance transactions from origination through to completion
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, investors and counterparties
- Overseeing financial modelling, valuation work and transaction documentation
- Supporting business development activity, pitches and proposal work
- Developing relationships with referrers, advisors and funding sources
- Coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, deal execution and market presence

- ACA or ACCA qualified with solid post-qualification corporate finance experience
