What you'll be doing day to day

  • Leading M&A and corporate finance transactions from origination through to completion
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, investors and counterparties
  • Overseeing financial modelling, valuation work and transaction documentation
  • Supporting business development activity, pitches and proposal work
  • Developing relationships with referrers, advisors and funding sources
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes, deal execution and market presence
