A well-established and growing firm within the accountancy sector is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to strengthen its corporate tax compliance function. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys technical accuracy, developing people and being a visible part of a successful regional practice rather than sitting behind layers of hierarchy.

The opportunity

This Corporate Tax Manager position is firmly compliance-focused, working with owner-managed businesses and small to medium-sized companies. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality and consistency across corporate tax delivery, while mentoring junior team members and supporting the wider tax team.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing corporate tax computations and returns prepared by associates and executives
• Ensuring corporate tax compliance processes and internal standards are met
• Acting as a technical point of reference within the corporate tax team
• Mentoring and developing trainees into confident, well-rounded advisers
• Liaising with colleagues across the wider business to support client delivery
• Building trusted client relationships through clear and practical communication

• Professionally qualified with solid experience in corporate tax compliance
• Strong background reviewing corporation tax computations within an accountancy practice
• Confident providing constructive feedback and supporting team development
