Key Responsibilities
- Assist with management accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Support month-end and year-end processes
- Prepare financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decisions
- Assist operations teams with financial planning and performance analysis
- Support HR and administrative functions as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and system implementations
- Work collaboratively across departments in their entrepreneurial culture
Requirements
- Strong academic background
- Minimum 18 months' experience in a finance or accounting role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing retail business environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
