Responsibilities:

• Lead audit assignments from planning to completion
• Be the main on-site contact for clients
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Work directly with Partners and Managers
• Plan and lead statutory audits under UK GAAP and ISA (UK)
• Review audit work and financial statements
• Identify control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations
• Build trusted relationships with Finance Directors and business owners
• Support and develop junior staff

What We're Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist close to qualification)
• Strong UK audit background
• Experience leading audit assignments
• Confident communicator with commercial awareness
• Motivated to progress into management
