The Opportunity
This Audit Manager position sits within a dynamic team focused on fast-moving SMEs and ambitious growth businesses. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services while adding commercial value beyond compliance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring delivery to a high technical standard
- Leading audits from planning through to completion, including complex assignments
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, offering insight and practical recommendations
- Reviewing work, resolving technical queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Collaborating with other service lines to deliver a joined-up client experience
- Contributing to business development activities, including proposals and pitches
What We're Looking For
- Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent) with post-qualified experience
- Proven ability to manage audit portfolios within an accountancy setting
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS102), with exposure to IFRS advantageous
- Confidence handling complex client situations and delivering practical solutions
- Experience leading teams and developing junior staff
- Comfortable using audit software and working across multiple engagements
