Purpose Configuration, support and continuous improvement of business processes through the application of Office 365 and Cloud platforms Reporting to: IS Service Improvement Manager Direct reports: None Key Working Relationships: Internal: External: Rest of IS; Rest of Esri UK and Esri Ireland. Suppliers; Esri Inc IST Financial responsibilities: None Other responsibilities: None Work Activities Deliver continuous improvement to business processes using Office 365 with a particular focus on SharePoint Online and automation of tasks Assist in managing Cloud Platforms utilised by the IS Team Proactively identify new opportunities to utilise Cloud Platforms for the delivery of improved business solutions, processes and workflows Support and advance the implementation of the relevant parts of the IS Strategy Delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction, whilst seeking continuous improvement: Ensuring that service incidents and requests allocated to them are dealt with efficiently and in-line with published service levels; Ensuring they comply with all policies and processes, managing risks to ensure a reliable and controlled IT service delivery; Liaising with internal customers to ensure that information management and technology requirements are fulfilled and customers are able to exploit the solutions available to them Keeping up to date with relevant technology, IT and business trends.
