Roles & Responsibilities of the Accounts and Audit Senior based in Harrow: Split role working on 70% accounts and 30% audits Leading client audit engagements, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial statements Supervise, train and mentor less senior employees Research and analyse financial statements and audit related issues Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business Proactively interact with our clients’ management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements Strong leadership and co-ordination of the audit team to ensure deadlines and budgets are adhered to Substantive and compliance testing, whilst identifying and resolving any errors Investigate and provide recommendations for audit review queries, ensuring all relevant action points have been adequately addressed Perform other job-related duties as necessary The ideal candidate for this Accounts and Audit Senior role in Harrow will have: ACA or ACCA Qualified with 1 – 2 years PQE Good communication skills and be able to deal confidently and effectively with both clients and staff alike.
